Between 2002 and 2004, I designed and supervised the construction of a modern car dealership in the south of North Rhine-Westphalia for the German client Automobile Clever. The project encompassed all phases from planning to completion and reflects my ability to translate complex requirements into well thought-out solutions.

Challenges

The integration of various functions - workshop, showrooms and social areas - into a harmonious overall concept was a key challenge. In addition, the slope of the site required special attention in order to fit the new building perfectly into its surroundings. I am all the more proud to have carried out all the work myself and successfully mastered the challenging conditions.

The car dealership is located in Overrath, in the south of North Rhine-Westphalia:
