From 2018 to 2019, together with SPL, lda, I was able to design the construction of a polyclinic on the Cape Verdean island of São Vicente. This project is particularly close to my heart as it makes an important contribution to improving healthcare in the region.

Challenges

It was particularly challenging to plan the functional areas in such a way that doctors can work efficiently and patients still feel that they are in good hands. Short distances and a clear separation of the individual areas were the key. The result is a modern, well-structured medical center that impresses with its functionality and pleasant atmosphere.
