Highlight: Plenary Hall
This conversion from 2018 involved an existing parliament building on Santiago, Cape Verde.
Challenges
In this project, a previously rectangular hall (based on the Chinese model) had to be converted into a round plenary hall. The hall was designed concentrically so that tables and chairs can be arranged flexibly for the work in parliament.
